In the operation of new energy equipment, standardized maintenance is the key to ensuring the long-term stable operation of FFC/CCS connectors. Operators need to establish a periodic inspection system, focusing on checking the fastening status of terminal crimping parts and the oxidation of contact surfaces. It is recommended to use a high-precision torque wrench to tighten to the standard value (usually 812Nm). Cleaning operations should use specialized wiping cloths without fiber residue combined with electronic grade cleaning agents to prevent solvents such as isopropanol from corroding insulation materials. For the continuous unit exposed to salt spray environment in wind power scenarios, silicone grease coating should be used for protection and regular re coating should be carried out. At the same time, the aging degree of the sealing ring should be monitored to ensure that the protection level reaches IP54 or above. During daily storage, a stable environment with a temperature of 10-30 ° C and a humidity of 30-60% RH should be maintained to prevent deformation or delamination of FFC flexible circuit boards. Special attention should be paid to the insertion and removal operation specifications. The single insertion force should be controlled within 80% of the product calibration value. When the cumulative insertion and removal times reach 70% of the design limit, the preventive replacement program should be initiated.
